影视后期制作基本上是初剪-正式剪辑-作曲选曲-特效录入-配音合成这样一个流程。

也称作粗剪。现在的剪辑工作一般都是在电脑当中完成的，因此拍摄素材在经过转磁以后，要先输入到电脑中导演和剪辑师才能开始了初剪。初剪阶段，导演会将拍摄素材按照脚本的顺序拼接起来，剪辑成一个没有视觉特效、没有旁白和音乐的版本。

The current editing work is usually completed on a computer, so after the shooting materials are magnetized, they need to be input into the computer by the director and editor before the initial editing can begin. 正式剪辑：

在初剪得到认可以后，就进入了正式剪辑阶段，这一阶段也被成为精剪。精剪部分，首先是要对初剪不满意的地方进行修改，然后将特技部分的工作合成到广告片中去，广告片、画面部分的工作到此完成。
After the initial editing was approved, it entered the formal editing stage, which is also known as precision editing. For the precision cutting part, the first step is to make modifications to the areas where the initial cutting is not satisfactory, and then integrate the work of the special effects part into the advertising film. 作曲或选曲：

广告片的音乐可以作曲或选曲。这两者的区别是：如果作曲，广告片将拥有独一无二的音乐，而且音乐能和画面有完美的结合，但会比较贵；如果选曲，在成本方面会比较经济，但别的广告片也可能会用到这个音乐。
The music for advertising videos can be composed or selected. The difference between these two is that if composed, the advertisement will have unique music, and the music can be perfectly combined with the visuals, but it will be more expensive; If you choose a song, it will be more cost-effective, but other promotional videos may also use this music.
特效的录入：

这个阶段是比较关键的一个阶段，将本身拍摄不到或者拍摄效果不好的地方进行特效制作，这里将运用到十分专业的特效制作软件，我们所看到的很多具有超强视觉效果的电影正是因为特效录入这个环节做的十分好。
This stage is a crucial stage, where special effects are produced in areas where the shooting itself cannot be achieved or the shooting effect is not good. Professional special effects production software will be used here, and many movies with super strong visual effects we see are precisely because the special effects input process is done very well.
配音合成：

旁白和对白就是在这时候完成的。在旁白和对白完成以后，在音乐完成以后，音效剪辑师会为广告片配上各种不同的声音效果，至此，一条广告片的声音部分的因素就全部准备完毕了，最后一道工序就是将以上所有元素并的各自音量调整至适合的位置，并合成在一起。
